Our vegan dmBio Mini Elisenlebkuchen are Nuremberg originals. They are baked on a wafer and covered with melt-in-the-mouth dark chocolate. The cocoa used in the dark chocolate is Fairtrade certified. The Mini Elisenlebkuchen are particularly juicy because of the high proportion of oil seeds, such as hazelnuts and almonds. Due to the size of the gingerbread cookies, they are ideal as a sweet snack for young and old.
