Classic bread preparation
Mix the contents of the package with 1 packet of dry yeast. Add 350ml lukewarm water and knead into a smooth dough.
Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan (25 x 10 cm), smooth it out with a damp spatula, then brush with oil. Cut the surface of the bread lengthwise 2 cm deep.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at medium height at 220 degrees top and bottom heat for 10 minutes. Then reduce to 200 degrees and bake for another 50 minutes.
Using fresh yeast instead of dry yeast
1 packet of dry yeast = 1/2 cube of fresh yeast (20 g) Dissolve fresh yeast in the specified amount of water (350ml), then knead with the contents of the package.
