dmBio Organic Dried Apple Chips

For the dmBio apple chips, sun-ripened apples are harvested and the core removed by hand. The apples are then cut into slices. They get their crispy character by drying at 70 degrees Celsius. The fruity-sweet dried fruit tastes wonderful as a crunchy snack between meals or as a topping for mueslis and porridges.
