The dmBio Organic Spelt Pancakes with dark chocolate chips are quick and easy to prepare and are a highlight on every breakfast table. This wonderfully light and fluffy American classic is also a treat as a dessert or sweet snack.

Ingredients: 58% SPELLED WHEAT FLOUR*, cane sugar*, baking powder (corn starch*, acidulant: potassium tartrate, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate), 10% WHOLE CHICKEN EGG POWDER*, 5% dark chocolate* (cocoa mass*, cane sugar*, cocoa butter*), sea salt, vanilla*. *from controlled organic farming
Preparation: Mix the package contents (135 g) and 100 ml cold milk with a whisk to form a smooth dough and fold in 2 tablespoons of sparkling mineral water. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a coated pan and add 3 tablespoons of batter to each pancake. Cook over medium heat until golden brown on both sides, 2-3 minutes each. Serve the hot pancakes with a little butter and dmBio maple syrup.
