Ingredients: Cornstarch*. *from organic farming. May contain traces of CEREALS CONTAINING GLUTEN and MILK.
Preparation: To thicken soups and sauces as well as desserts and fruit dishes - first mix the dmBio Organic Cornstarch in cold liquid, then add it to the boiling liquid while stirring and let it boil briefly. For baking cakes, tarts and cookies - Replace approx. 1/3 of the amount of flour specified in the recipe with dmBio Organic Cornstarch. Per 500 ml of liquid use: Cream desserts: 25-35g, puddings and fruit dishes: 35-45g, soups and sauces: 15-25g. For pastries use: 2/3 flour + 1/3 cornstarch.
