Our dmBio Organic Gnocchi are traditionally made in an Italian family business. They are ideal for quick gnocchi pans and casseroles. They are delicious tossed in a bit of butter or oil or with the fine dmBio pasta sauces and pestos.

Ingredients: 70% mashed potatoes* (water, 16% potato flakes), 28% SUMMER SPELT WHEAT FLOUR*, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid; Rice flour* *from organic farming
Preparation: Place the gnocchi in 2 liters of boiling, salted water and cook for 1-2 minutes until they float to the surface, then drain.
Alternatively, heat butter or oil in a pan, add the gnocchi and fry for about 3 minutes until lightly browned.
