The rice used for making the dmBio Organic Rice Noodles is grown by Naturland-certified small farmers in the north of Thailand. The rice noodles are made there according to a traditional recipe. Broken rice, which is produced during the production of long-grain rice, is used to make the noodles. With their authentic taste, the dmBio Organic Rice Noodles are the perfect basis for classic Pad Thai as well as for spicy curries, sweet and sour wok dishes or fresh salads with crunchy vegetables and rice vinegar.

Ingredients: rice flour*, water. *from organic farming
Preparation for 100 g rice noodles: Bring 1 liter of water to the boil and add 1 teaspoon of oil. Add dmBio rice noodles to the boiling water, stir gently and cook for 6-9 minutes until the desired consistency is reached. Drain dmBio Organic Rice Noodles in a sieve and rinse under cold running water. Drain the pasta and use it as desired.
